Q 1. What are the different types of Payment options available?
One can pay by PAYPAL or CREDIT CARD. You can also pay by Google Pay or Shop Pay. We ensure your Credit Card information is 100% safe and secure (see next question).
Q 2. How safe is shopping online at Shopify based website?
Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance extends by default to all stores powered by Shopify. PCI Security Standards Council is a globally recognized organization dedicated to maintaining standards for the secure processing of credit card transactions. It helps vendors, like Shopify and Shopify merchants, process credit card payments securely and protect cardholder information.
Shopify’s compliance covers all six PCI standard categories and applies to every store using our platform.

Q 3. What do I do if Credit Card is declined?
If you receive a message that we were unable to authorize or charge your credit card, please check the card number and name of the card holder and billing address closely, if the problem persists, check with the issuing bank/company for your card. Credit cards may be declined for a variety of reasons, such as incorrect card related information, insufficient funds in the account or technical error during processing.
Q 4. Can items be shipped outside of USA ?
We can ship to addresses within the 50 US states. International orders cannot be delivered at this time.
Q 5. What are the shipping rates?
Shipping charges are flat $4.13 per order at present. We may revise shipping charges in case USPS/FedEx/UPS increase their shipping charges. Please note that shipping is heavily subsidized, and we may revise shipping charges anytime.
Q 6. What Customer data is stored by Heartfulness e-commerce store?
We store only customer names, email addresses and phone numbers, which are necessary for processing the order. Regarding credit card numbers option is provided to customers, they can either opt out or can let us store credit card number for faster placing of order ,when they visit our website next time.
Q 7. Will I get any Order confirmation / receipt?
Yes, when your order is placed successfully you should receive an order confirmation email from the bookstore. You will also receive a receipt via email for credit card purchases. Please save these emails for future correspondence. We also encourage you to print & save a copy of order confirmation which is displayed at the end, in case email did not reach you because of typo or account full or any such problems.
Q 8. When the items will be delivered, will I be notified?
When you place an order, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. You will receive an email notification when the items are shipped.
Q 9. What is the Returns/Refund Policy?
We do not have any return, refund or exchange policies. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please contact the bookstore if you have any questions. Contact information is available at contact us page
Q 10. Can I make changes to the order after placing it?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed it cannot be changed. Please take necessary precautions while placing orders.
Q 11. Can it remember my information so that I don't have to type each time?
We provide option to customers to store their credit card number, so that they do not have to type information each time they visit our website.
Q 12. I am not a preceptor, but can I buy preceptors' items?
If you are not a preceptor, please do not buy items meant for preceptors. Since we do not have a refund policy, you may not get refunds.
Q 13. What are preorders/pre-booking?
Pre-orders/pre-booking is a sort of advance booking, where you book your buys, as books are getting ready/being printed. By pre-ordering you ensure that you will get the books out of the first printing lot. Pre-booking can stop, as soon as the number of pre-bookings equals the number of books being printed. If you do not pre-book you may have to wait for a second lot of printing, which may happen after few months or may be take more time.
